Do you charge late fees if my monthly payment isn’t made on time? What is this on-time-payment discount?
We do not charge late fees if rent payment is received in full via ACH or the online portal on or before the 1st day of each month.
Early Payment Discount. If rent is paid in full on or before the 1st, you will receive a $100 discount for that month. This discount only applies with a valid, signed annual lease and payment via electronic method. Additionally, all rent and other charges from previous months must be paid in full for this discount to apply.
Late Fee. If rent is not received in full by the 1st of the month, Tenant will owe a late fee of $10 per day, starting on the 2nd day of the month, that accrues daily until full payment of rent and all accrued fees. This late fee is in addition to the rent, any other charges.
