Please read the following before applying:
- Even though you will apply for a specific home, your application is good for ALL of our homes, so if you find another home you like, or the home you are interested in is no longer available, you do not have to reapply. Applications are good for 90 days.
- We require your gross monthly income to be 4x the monthly rent.
- We won’t process your application if you are not ready to move-in. That means all residents over 18 must fill out an application, and you will need to have the full move-in amount and all requested documentation.
- We do not accept screen shots of paycheck deposits. You must submit the full paystub.
- To guarantee compliance with the Federal Fair Housing Acts, information is required for each applicant over the age of eighteen (excluding dependent children) who will reside at the property.
